Immigration Court Forms If you are in removal or deportation proceedings before an Immigration Judge, and you want to apply for immigration benefits, you need to use one of the appropriate immigration court forms.

When I was an INS Trial Attorney in the 1980s, I remember that many persons who were not represented by an immigration attorney often had no idea what forms to use, or even, what they were eligible to apply for.

There are forms for adjustment of status, asylum, cancellation of removal for permanent residents and for non-permanent residents, all kinds of waivers, etc. And if you need to appeal the decision of the Judge to the Board of Immigration Appeals, there are forms for this as well.

We link to all the forms you need in the chart below. Just click on the appropriate link and print the forms you need.

Good luck!

Client Reviews

Go to a Law Firm which is Professional and Knowledgeable

“Very professional law firm. We had a difficult issue and Mr. Shusterman’s office got right onto the case and resolved the issue with USCIS. Because of their efforts, me and my family were able to get our Legal Permanent Residency card. My suggestion to those trying to obtain employment based card. Don’t look for money saving attorney. They will cost you lot more in long run. Go to a law firm which is professional and knowledgeable. It pays in the long term.”

List of Downloadable Immigration Court Forms

The following is a list of frequently requested forms. If a form required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not appear on this list, the best source for obtaining a copy is through the USCIS forms link.

EOIR forms may generally be completed on screen and printed, or printed and completed on a typewriter or by hand. You must comply with the specific instructions on the forms. Remember, you may not be able to save your form electronically if it is completed on screen.

Format Required for Downloading EOIR Forms

EOIR provides its forms in Portable Document Format (PDF) which allows you to print an exact copy of the form by using any graphics printer (i.e., laser, inkjet, or plotter). To read and print an EOIR form, however, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your computer. Adobe Systems, Inc., offers this software free of charge to the public.

Many forms cannot be uploaded online; they must be printed. Check the forms listing to see if your form can be filled out or uploaded within an EOIR application.

Note that ECAS Case Portal is an application that can only be used by attorneys and fully accredited representatives who are registered with EOIR.
